Back to school is coming! Are you ready?

We have all the school supplies, new outfits and water bottles. School is starting for us in just over a week! EEK…

I am so not ready for this… here is what is keeping me up at night with back to school.

a) How is summer over already?

b) How is my baby now 6.5 years old starting grade one and full days of school? (It is common for those in Alberta to start full days in grade 1)

c)How will Covid play-out this year? Will my kids be safe? Are we making the right choice sending them back to school?

d)How will I do will both kids in school 9am-3:30pm? What will I get up to? How will I do with a quiet house all day?

The list will keep going and I don’t want to drive you crazy with my the inter workings of my brain…
